We are always on your side and want every purchase to be a pleasure.

Therefore, we will briefly talk about the rules of return and exchange to avoid misunderstandings.

🔍 Checking the product upon receipt

When receiving the order from the courier, check the product immediately: does everything match the order – size, equipment, quality.

If everything is fine – great!

If the product matches the description, but does not fit in color, shape or size – you can return it immediately upon delivery.

Be sure to keep the original packaging.

In this case, you pay the delivery costs.

For example:

delivery – 150 UAH (even if it was free in the order).

🚚 Return from another city

If the return is made from another city – the delivery cost is also on the buyer’s side.

💸 Refund

Money is returned within 10 days from the moment of submitting the application.

The delivery cost is not compensated.

⛔️ Non-returnable or exchangeable goods

By law, we do not accept returns of:

bedding, underwear and knitwear,

feather and down products,

personal hygiene products,

textiles, toys,

custom-made goods.

🎨 Important information about colors

The shades on the screen may differ slightly from the real ones – due to lighting or your gadget settings.

✂️ Custom orders

Orders made to your measurements are not subject to return or exchange after payment.
