Public Offer Agreement

1.1. This offer is an official proposal from TM “MirSon” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to conclude a remote Sales Agreement via the Online Store on the website natanel.com.ua.

1.2. The acceptance of the agreement is considered to be the payment of the order by the Buyer under the conditions specified on the website.

5.2. Cash on delivery by courier in Kyiv;
5.3. Prepayment to the PrivatBank card;
5.4. Payment to the bank account;
5.5. If there are insufficient funds, the order may be canceled.

Delivery

6.1. Delivery is made to the transport company’s warehouse or to the recipient’s door.
6.2. Necessary legal documents are included with the order.

Rights and Obligations

7.1. The Seller may terminate services if the Buyer violates the terms of the agreement.
7.2. The Buyer is obligated to pay and receive the order in a timely manner.
7.3. The Buyer has the right to place an order, enter into an electronic agreement, and require the fulfillment of the terms.

Liability of the Parties

8.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of the agreement.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for product changes by the manufacturer, color discrepancies due to monitors, inaccuracies in the order, delivery delays, or illegal actions by the Buyer.
8.3. The Buyer is solely responsible for the consequences of their actions on the Internet.
8.4. In case of force majeure, the parties are released from fulfilling the contract.
8.5. Disputes are resolved through negotiations between the parties.

9.1. The Online Store may unilaterally change the terms of the agreement by publishing changes on the website.
9.2. The website is intended for the remote sale of goods.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and consents to the processing of personal data.
9.4. Payment means full agreement to the terms of the contract.
9.5. The actual date of conclusion of the contract is the date the terms are accepted.

9.7. The Buyer’s information is confidential and is used solely for order processing.
9.8. The owner of the trademark “MIRSON” is individual entrepreneur Oleksandr Anatoliyovych Mironenko.

Product Returns

10.1. Returns are made in accordance with the current legislation. Products in the “Home Textiles, Bedding” category are not subject to exchange or return.
10.2. Return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense.
10.3. Upon return of the goods in good condition, the store will refund the amount minus shipping costs.

Term of the Agreement

11.1. The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the Buyer.
11.2. The agreement can be terminated by mutual consent before the product is delivered.
11.3. In case of non-fulfillment of the terms of the agreement, either party may terminate it unilaterally according to the legislation.
